All Puppies are examined by a Licensed veterinarian prior to leaving my home
and were found to be healthy and disease free At the time of sale. The buyer has 3 business days from the time the puppy is received to have the puppy examined by a licensed veterinarian. At Buyers expense. If the vet finds a life threatening health problem with this puppy, the buyer must send a Notarized letter from the vet stating his findings along with the puppy and all Items sent with the puppy back to the seller ( at buyers expense) within 1 week for a full refund of the purchase price Only . No refund will ever be given for shipping or expenses from the time the puppy left my home
*** Umbilical hernias are common in this breed and are not considered life threatening ***
We Offer a 12 Month congenital/hereditary defect guarantee on this puppy from any Life threatening defect. If within 12 months this puppy dies from a hereditary life threatening defect. We will refund the full purchase price of the puppy only, not any other expenses ( no Shipping nor vet bills). Before the said refund the buyer must forward Notarized letter from a licensed veterinarian along with Necropsy results stating the dog died from a congenital defect. It must then be reviewed and approved by sellers vet; AKC paperwork must be signed and returned to seller. Prior to refund given
This contract will be null and void if the puppy/dog was in any way neglected, abused, or injured whether intentional or accidental or if said puppy/dog has improper or infrequent vet care or vaccinations .
This health guarantee does not apply to any rescued or homeless animal to be placed for adoption, as you know they may come from horrible situations.
No size or color will ever be guaranteed, Color and size are only estimates based on sellers expertise
If your puppy is sold to you as a pet quality puppy, you will receive his/her registration papers as limited only
Buyers responsibility is to keep the puppy indoors ( not in a kennel, tied to a tree etc) provide regular vet care and vaccinations from a licensed veterinarian. Provide good quality food and clean water every day. And have the dog regularly groomed. And provide training in an obedience class if needed
If you can no longer keep your dog, seller retains first option to get dog back before it is placed elsewhere , If seller opts out of regaining dog then seller will be notified of new owners address and phone number , seller may opt to foster the dog until it finds a new home , Dog/puppy is NEVER to be sent to a shelter/pound.
